I am a little disappointed with this place. The place is busy and they have loud music which is fine. But the food did not taste as I expected. Bibimbap and Japchae is bland. It took us a few minutes before someone notice us waiting. We did not finish our food.

Koy is suitable for all occasions: I've been here for hangouts, my graduation dinner, and work dinners. There is a beautiful mural on the inside, which adds to the hip vibe. The menu rotates from time to time, but my favorites will always be the cheesesteak dumplings and Master Chang's chicken. My least favorite has been the salmon, as it was very dry when I had it. I've never had any issues with the service.

Food and drinks were ok. Sangria could've been a bit fruiter. The food didn't taste all that fresh, but it's a pu pu platter. So not much expectations. Nice vibe to just chill and catch up with ppl.

I chose to come here for my birthday celebration with my friends. Our server and the food were great! I ordered a scallion pancake as an appetizer and street noodles for dinner. As for the drink, I had a passion fruit mocktail. In addition to a bunch of Soju shots. P.S. The price for the meals isn't a lot, it's just because there was a lot of us and my friend didn't include myself and another person since we share the same birthday in the bill that everyone else paid a little more than $100.

If I could give 10 stars, I would!!! This has to be one of the best experiences I’ve had in a restaurant. My husband and I were visiting from South Carolina and made a reservation for 2 after seeing it as a recommended restaurant. We had the pleasure of having KC as our server/bartender and he couldn’t have been better. His drink and food recommendations were exactly what we were looking for. KC never let our drinks run empty and had excellent customer service skills. We had the Lychee Sangria and Appa is old (fashioned) as drinks and KBBQ Galbi and Master Chang’s Chicken - angry! We were here on a Thursday but I would recommend a reservation because it gets busy!

The absolute worst service, the food was pretty good but the service ruined the entire experience. Wait staff was rude and we had to wait over 40 minutes to get someone’s attention to get our check. It was 8:30 pm on a Thursday night, so it was not busy by any means. I would not recommend this place.

Great atmosphere and absolutely delicious food! The hot stone bibimbap was incredible and everything else was very good as well! The prices were good and the staff extremely friendly. I will definitely come again and I highly recommend stopping by!

Casual cozy atmosphere with a surprisingly large menu. Our server Adrian was excellent, very attentive and knowledgeable of the menu, some of the best service I’ve received recently! The drinks were very well made and matched the price …
